Activists in the US have formed the Embassy Protection Collective in order to protect the Venezuelan embassy in Washington DC from occupation by Venezuelan opposition forces. Led by CODEPINK and Popular Resistance, members of the Collective have been living in the embassy for over two weeks now with the permission of the Venezuelan government.
