She talks about the mood on the ground after exit polls declared the victory of Luis Arce and David Choquehuanca in the Bolivian presidential elections. The main opposition candidate, Carlos Mesa has also conceded defeat. The victory has been hailed by leaders across the globe. She also talks about counting for the final tally which is still ongoing and the vigilance maintained by activists and citizens against an anti-democratic uprising.
