The Africa Cup of Nations concludes on February 6. The football pitch has seen a lot of exciting action but there have also been questions raised about the conduct of the tournament in Cameroon and the larger politics behind it.

New Frame’s sports editor Njabulo Ngidi talks to us about some of these issues, including the fatal stampede at Olembe stadium. He also talks about the outrageous comments by FIFA president Gianni Infantino on the ‘benefits’ of a biennial World Cup for Africa.
