Lebanon protests against Saad Hariri’s possible re-election

Protests in Lebanon have revived against the possibility of Saad Hariri being chosen as Prime Minister again. On Saturday, protesters gathered in thousands and tried to march to the Parliament. Security forces tried to stop them and fired tear gas, injuring scores. The clashes continued on December 15 and 16.
