The ‘#29M’ demonstrations were held in 213 Brazilian cities in 26 states and the Federal District, as well as 14 cities of the world with around 420,000 people taking part in the demonstrations. Massive protests demanding the impeachment of President Jair Bolsonaro were held in Brazil on May 29. The protesters were demanding more vaccines, better public health and free public education as well.
