The constitutional convention of Chile has finalized the draft of a new constitution that will soon be voted on in a national referendum. If approved, the new constitution will replace the current, neo-liberal, pro-free-market constitution. The referendum is going to be held on September 4, in which all citizens aged 18 and above must vote.
Will Chile get a new constitution?
