Amid the dense fog and the temperature sliding below zero degree Celsius in Kashmir, the longest internet shutdown and absence of SMS service have made it excruciatingly painful for the students from Kashmir to apply for exams. As the erstwhile state remains deprived of crucial communication services since the abrogation of Article 370 on August 5, it has taken a toll on the youths’ future and careers.
