Working class in UK bear the brunt of rising energy costs

In the UK, more than 14.5 million people live in poverty, including 4.3 million children and the soaring energy costs are expected to affect them the most.

The recent hike in fuel and energy costs have taken a toll on the working class population in the United Kingdom. Fuel poverty is said to triple and hit six million households by next month in the country.
