The United Textiles Employees Union (UNITE) held its Elective Congress in Maseru Lesotho, between 2-3 August 2024. The Congress was attended by organisations such as the National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (NUMSA), the Lesotho Federation of Trade Unions, Lesotho Association of Teachers, Lesotho Workers Association and Pan Africanism Today. Organisations gave messages of solidarity and some reflection building up to this Congress.
