US President Trump unilaterally announced an indefinite extension in the two-week-long temporary ceasefire with Iran just before it expired on Tuesday.

Iran rejected any participation in a new round of negotiations with the US before a framework of understanding is reached between the two parties, emphasizing that the US is not serious about talks.

In a 10-point proposal presented in response to the US proposal for a temporary ceasefire, Iran seeks compensation for the losses during the war and a guarantee of no future attacks, apart from seeking end of wars in Lebanon and Gaza.

More than 30 Iranian universities have been bombed by the US and Israel since the beginning of the war, apart from hundreds of schools, medical facilities, and cultural sites, which amount to war crimes.

In the decades since Cuba’s revolution in 1959, successive US administrations have targeted Cuba through the blockade, assassination attempts, media campaigns, and more. These attacks have intensified under the Trump administration.

Iran claims IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi facilitated Israeli aggressions by preparing a “biased” report on its nuclear program. It demands IAEA end actions against Israel as per the NPT and UN principles.
