Hezbollah calls on the pontiff to reject Israel’s unjust aggression on Lebanon, and blames the “international system” for its inaction to stop Israeli violations.

At least 309 people have been killed by Israel in different parts of Lebanon since the ceasefire deal with Hezbollah began one year ago.

Although Hezbollah has reportedly shown “openness” regarding a recent US ceasefire proposal, Israel intensified its airstrikes on Beirut targeting top Hezbollah officials.

November marked an increase in Israeli airstrikes on different parts of Syria, foreshadowing a serious escalation in a third front in the region in addition to Gaza and Lebanon.

Just one month after several of its top leaders were assassinated by Israel, the Lebanese resistance group has demonstrated its resilience and bounced back from the significant setbacks.

Humanitarian workers have been deliberately targeted by Israel during the last year of aggression on Gaza and Lebanon.
