Karnataka State government concedes unions’ demands, allows migrants to return home
The State government had earlier decided to seek a halt to special train services for migrant workers from other States to return home amid the COVID-19 crisis. This was after a meeting with real estate developers who reportedly said they want to retain the laborers for construction work
