PROSUR: strengthening of regional integration or disintegration?
All the presidents of the region were invited to the summit except for Venezuelan president Nicolás Maduro. The setting up of Prosur is seen as an attempt to create a parallel organisation to UNASUR which was set up during the time of Commander Hugo Chavez
