Villagers in Odisha, India struggle against Jindal’s steel plant  

For the past two months, villagers in Dhinkia, Odisha, have been resisting the takeover of 4,000 acres of land for a steel project by Jindal Steel Works claiming that it will snatch the livelihood of around 40,000 villagers and degrade the environment in the region
