Women’s groups and progressive sections are continuing to hold massive protests across Poland against the anti-abortion ruling by the country’s constitutional court.

Last week’s ruling in the Constitutional Court placing further restrictions on abortion access in Poland sent a shockwave through society and brought tens of thousands on to the streets in protest

Protesters pointed out that the judgement is another step towards transforming Poland as per the whims of the conservative sections in the country
