On the occasion of International Workers’ Day, president of the Centre of Indian Trade Unions K. Hemalatha talks about the conditions of Indian workers who are bearing the brunt of the lockdown. She highlights the exploitation of the frontline healthcare workerswho are working without proper remuneration and safety equipment.
