75 years after Hiroshima, the clock is ticking

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the dropping of the atom bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. To this day, we are under the threat of nuclear war.

August 6 this year is the 75th anniversary of the dropping of the atom bomb in Hiroshima. The human toll in Hiroshima and Nagasaki was only the beginning of the horrors of the Atomic Age. As we are closer to nuclear disaster than ever before, the need to have strong mechanisms in place to ensure disarmament is pressing.
